01

Our aim

Synergy aims to provide an inclusive website and learning environment that can be used by people with a wide range of needs, devices and assistive technologies.

02

What we are working towards

  • Clear page structure and meaningful headings
  • Readable colour contrast and text sizing
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation
  • Useful labels and instructions on forms
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Captions or transcripts for important recorded content where practical
  • Documents provided in accessible formats where possible
03

Known limitations

Some third-party Moodle components, older documents, embedded media or purchased theme features may not yet meet every accessibility requirement. Synergy should record and prioritise confirmed issues.

04

Requesting support

If you cannot access information or complete a task, use the Contact Us page. Explain the page, content and format you need. Synergy will consider a reasonable alternative.

05

Reporting a problem

Please report the page address, device, browser and assistive technology used. This helps the technical team reproduce and correct the issue.

A formal accessibility audit is required before a compliance claim or conformance level is published.
